Free Shipping
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $70 (excludes taxes and promos)
We ship within the Continental United States.
If your order does not meet the free-ship minimum ($70 excludes taxes and promos), a $10 shipping fee will be applied.
All Packages are sent via USPS Priority Mail and arrive in 1-3 Business Days
Shipping Times
To ensure the freshest product, we ship Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail
Time of Arrival varies between 1-3 Business Days
Any orders placed after 3:30pm EST Friday will be sent out for delivery Monday morning.
We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment

Discreet Shipping
To ensure your privacy, we ship all packages in a plain box with absolutely no product labels of any kind.
The return label on your package will state "BK WLNS LLC", along with our address.
Shipping Destinations
We ship within the 48 Continental States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories) via USPS Priority Mail.
We unfortunately DO NOT accept international orders at the moment.
Order Status
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is ready to ship. Once you have received this email please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update.
There can be occasional courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are up to date, and that your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. Please keep in mind delivery dates may change due to inclement weather conditions or holidays.

We specialize in local deliveries as we do not have a store front. We DO NOT offer pick at the moment.

Given the nature of our goods, we are unable to accept returns.

Return Policy
Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase.
If you would like any additional information about a product before making a purchase, please contact us.
We have a team of friendly, experienced, and very knowledgeable Service Representatives standing by who are happy to help you find the perfect product.
Missing / Damaged Items
Any purchases containing damaged items or which are missing must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.
Please contact us and we'll take care of the issue immediately.
We do our absolute best to make sure all orders are ready and processed correctly in a timely manner.
If for any circumstance an item from your order is missing, or damaged, please contact us at info@bakedinbushwicknyc.com and we will work to send you your missing items free of shipping rates or issue a refund.
What if my order goes missing?
Once your order has been scanned in via USPS, we will not be responsible for the shipment.
You can report a missing USPS package by filing a claim at the USPS claims site. The receiver of a USPS package must file a claim and the original purchase receipt must be available. You can receive a refund for mail that is lost or never delivered to its final destination as long as the package is insured.

My Order Has Been Canceled
If payment is not completed within 15 min. of the order, we will have to cancel the order.
Just like any other e-commerce business, payment must be completed before we ship anything.
We currently accept payments via Zelle and Apple Cash.

You will need an Apple device capable of sending iMessages and connected to your bank.
It's as simple as sending a text message. Text the number provided at check-out and click the Apple Pay Logo. Enter the amount and send as iMessage.
