How To Make Cannabis Infused Chocolate Dipped Strawberries!



  • 1/2 cup cannabis-infused coconut oil
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 pound fresh strawberries, washed and dried
  • Parchment paper


  1. In a double boiler or a heatproof bowl set over a pot of simmering water, melt the chocolate chips, stirring constantly until smooth.

  2. Add the cannabis-infused coconut oil to the melted chocolate and stir until well combined.

  3. Remove the bowl from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes.

  4. Hold the strawberries by the stem and dip them into the chocolate mixture, using a spoon or spatula to help coat them evenly.

  5. Place the dipped strawberries onto a sheet of parchment paper.

  6. Once all the strawberries have been dipped and placed on the parchment paper, refrigerate them for at least 30 minutes, or until the chocolate has hardened.

  7. Serve the cannabis-infused chocolate dipped strawberries chilled, and enjoy in moderation!

  8. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.

Note: Be mindful of the dosage of your cannabis-infused coconut oil to avoid consuming too much THC. Start with a small amount and gradually increase until you find the desired strength.
